MAPPING PURPOSE:

Built from scratch, this is 4-Deck version of this 2-Deck mapping which is inspired by how DJ Chris Liebing uses his K2’s. While in the original mapping the effect selectors are set as a primary functions, this mapping moves those selectors to the Shift layer and instead maps your K2 similar to the Kontrol X1 in the normal layer. This selectors will also set the best effect parameters each time an effect is loaded. As a bonus, there are several “instant effect” options to utilize your ideas even faster!

Depending on the need, this map is adapted for a single or dual Xone:K2 controllers. It is intended to use along side an external mixer in Traktor and allows you to control up to 2 Track Decks using a single K2 controller. Available layouts are CA, AC and BD!
